Our doctor will discuss your medical history and general health with you in order to establish what you can do to get better. You can ask questions about your condition as well as the medications used to treat it.

All consultations cost £40 and last 20 minutes.
Telephone consultation appointments with a doctor are available between 4pm and 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Before you can book telephone appointment, you need to register with us. Visit the page about the treatment or condition you would like to discuss and click on the “order treatment” button. You will then need to fill in a brief medical questionnaire, register with us and pay for you telephone consultation.
Once you have successfully registered and paid, our customer services team will call you to schedule your appointment.
Our doctor will then call you at the time of your appointment.

You'll complete a short online health assessment and choose the medication you need. If you're unsure, our in-house GPs can also recommend the best treatment for you.
Our doctors will review your order, issue your prescription and pass it straight to a pharmacist to be dispensed.
